Troubleshooting
Where the logs are, what the error dialog means, how to read crash reports, and fixes for common problems.
Every rpynx log is a plain text file on the SD card, written line by line, so it survives a crash. Fetch them over Wi-Fi without taking out the card.
- Where the logs are The loader's, the runtime's and each game's logs, and what their lines mean.
- Errors and crash reports The error dialog after a game error, Atmosphère crash reports, and the crashes found and fixed so far.
- Fetch logs over FTP Copy the logs, the self-test report and crash reports from the Switch over Wi-Fi.
- Common problems A game that is missing, will not launch, or stops with an error, and what to check first.
